TERMS

1. A Deposit of $50 per person which is non refundable is required to secure,           
2. Full payment should be made 6 weeks prior to the rental period.
3. We are pleased to accept payments by all major Credit Cards, Debit
4. Card, or Paypal, we prefer not to accept personal checks.
5. Where available villa can be rented daily (call for prices)
6. Smoking is permitted in the pool deck areas only - no smoking in villa
7. Check in/Check out time can usually be to suit your group
8. If pool heat is required, please advise at time of booking
9. Cancellations will be charged on a sliding scale
10. Late charges will be made if balance not received at least 6 weeks ahead
