If you have groups of 4 or less we may be able to help you find additional guests. (Unless your group is willing to pay for entire Villa) Extra days can be arranged for most weekend plans. Please note that the above price is for full villa regardless amount of People Catering Unfortunately we no longer arrange catering, however as the villa is fully equipped you have a number of options Hire your own Caterer Order In Have one Person from your group volunteer to cook Bring your own, or shop at the local Supermarket - approx 5 mins from villa We can refer you to a great Gourmet Cook       Party of 1-3 = We have some dates available where we can accommodate smaller parties of 1-3, so please email us and we will advise those dates.

New for 2012 - our "Loyalty" program - return guests will receive 10% discount, and after every 3rd visit each group will be entitled to a further reduction - $99 per person!!!! ***MUST have minimum of 6 guests for everyone in the group to receive the discounts*** If an individual or individuals are "slotted in" they will not receive the groups' discount.   Cancellations   30 Days or More from Arrival In the event you have to cancel your $50 deposit will be forfeited, with no further penalties.   Once Payment has been made - Loss of deposit, return of any other payments if you can find someone to take your place. We may at our discretion allow the payment (less deposit) to be transferred to a future date - depending on circumstances.
